Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be accepted, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for worn, used, washed, damaged, sale, custom, or personalized items. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a different size or item, contact us first. The fastest option is usually to return the item first, and once accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take extra time to process it.
